Mock Interviews improve the ability to perform well and boost the confidence among the students to face interview.
Domain Specific Mock Interviews were conducted for all domains, where the Experts from different organisations like Maersk Global Services India Pvt Ltd, Advik Hi-Tech Pvt. Ltd, BAUR Kompresorren India Pvt. Ltd, EVQ Point Solutions Pvt. Ltd were invited as Resource Persons.
An expert session was organised by the institute for the students of MBA ii ( Marketing Management specialisation).
Mr. Ajaykumar (sales manager) was resource person for the session having rich experience in Sales field.
The objective of the session was to create awareness among the students about the expectations of the industry from MBA candidates.
Through out the session, the expertise was shared on the opportunities available in sales and marketing, Skillset required to be successful, self analysis for industry fitness, communication skills etc.
It was a learning experience for the students to prepare themselves for setting their Career goal in sales and marketing
To skill the entry level management students as per the industry requirements, institute organized 16 hours “Job Readiness Workshop” on 15th Jan, 22nd Jan, 29th Jan and 5th February 2022 for the students.
The objective of workshop was to create awareness among the students about industry expectations (soft skills development) at entry level.
The sessions conducted throughout this workshop focused on introducing oneself, making the lasting impression, telephone etiquettes, resumes writing, GDs, interview preparation, Mock Interview etc.
The workshop was beneficial for bridging the gap of actual and expected skillset.
To help the students in gaining confidence to face the personal interview, institute organized Mock Interviews for MBA II students.
It gave chance to the students to review their verbal and non verbal communication skills and domain knowledge.
Focusing on Industry Preparedness, the resource person was Mr. Prasad Khule (Dy. Manager, HR & Admin, BAUER KOMPRESSOREN India Pvt Ltd.).
This activity helped the students in understanding industry expectations also readiness to face personal interview.
